    First session I evaluate your basic fitness level and we determine metrics for you to measure your improvement. Everyone is different so we build your personalized program from there!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified by AAAI-ISMA as a Master Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. I have developed and taught classes that include yoga, pilates, weight training, plyometrics, and circuit training.
