What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes - $18. per hour or session. Money is nice, but seeing students progress is nicer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with evaluation so I know what the student already can do, and build from there. This is a pre-test / post-test method. You tell me what you need, and I help you do it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
M.Ed from Lehigh University. PA certified in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Reading Specialis. and a certificate from the International Institute for Restorative Practices, in Bethlehem, PA. I am also a 36-year tax professional with HR Block, and an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
