FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing differs from job to job. Generally I like to price the job as a whole (parts, material, labor) all included instead of charging hourly. I'm not the cheapest and not the most expensive. My goal is to provide exceptional work at reasonable prices based on the economical and supply situation we are currently going through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally ask questions in order to have a better understanding of the issue and what is needed. I then come out and do an inspection, and based on anything I notice I will give you options to repair or replace when applicable. I will then give a rough estimate based on time and cost of material etc. After everything is set I can usually do the work the same day, or we can schedule a time that works for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of experience doing residential, commercial, and new construction plumbing.
