- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Arctic Fire Heating and Cooling believes in providing our customers with the BEST possible pricing. This means no hidden charges or unapproved repairs being made without full understanding from the customer. We always provide multiple alternative options to fit the customer's budget the best we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive the initial notification or phone call from the customer, we will reach out to confirm exactly what it is they are looking for. Then, we will set up a visit with our HVAC professional to take a full diagnostic of the system and find out how we can SAFELY move forward. Once we determine the necessary repairs and/or replacement of the system, we will discuss with the customer what their expectation is as far as budget, efficienc, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professionals at Arctic Fire Heating and Cooling have successfully completed years of educational training. They have proudly received all required testing and certifications to keep our customers and their families safe, healthy and happy.
