- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m against trying to charge anyone over and above what is fair for the both of us, and I will work with anyone that has an urgent need but not the means to afford it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the needs of the customer and work with them to find the best solution that works for us both. The most important thing to me is to have the customer trust and confidence in me and the job I am doing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in OSHA-30, confined space competent person and rescue, equipment safety certification, I have HVAC installation experience, and Generac generator installation experience, I have 27 years of hands on experience in the electrical trade.
