I was very happy with Andrews ArborCare. We contracted with them to remove three trees and stumps in our front yard and heavily trim several trees along the property line that were dragging against our house and roof. Despite the situation changing a few days before the scheduled work date (the neighbor rescinded permission to access his land), they were still able to start the work on the day agreed with only a small increase in price. The tree removal and clean up went great, and they were even able to knock a bit off the end price due to not needing to buy top soil.

Bob removed a 35+ foot tree from my yard that was in a very tricky spot between my house and my neighbor’s house. He did a great job taking down the tree. He is clearly knowledgeable about his craft. He was extremely professional. He was always on time and easy to communicate with. I’ve used other tree services in the area and he is the best BY FAR! I will definitely call him any time I have tree work to be done!

We had about 11 stumps that needed grinding. Some were near the fence line, others behind overgrowth or other obstacles. Andrews ArborCare took them out with ease. They trimmed our 40' beech without any impact on the home (less than 6' away) or property. Throughout the process they were communicative, prompt, and straight forward. I will be using them for arbor treatments again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I MUST look at every job before I will give any price. Truck and equipment access, septic systems, various other hazards all play a role in pricing. I also need to find out what YOUR expectations for the project are so I can price the work appropriately. Any tree service that will quote you a price unseen is ripping you off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer and review job together. Answer all questions and find out customer expectations. Email a proposal with a FIRM price and give customer a date to do the work if they want to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Multiple annual trainings in logging, tree climbing, and wildland fire tree felling
