Vic responded to my inquiry immediately. I had a dangerous situation with a heavy glass door with broken hinges. Him and his wife came later that day. He needed to obtain special hinges to repair but removed door for safety and they came back next day to repair. This was a very expensive custom storm door that I was not able to replace. Very happy and would call upon him and his wife again.
