Dr. Nichols has provided various leadership sessions for my executive leadership team and managers. He is very inspirational and connected very quickly to my Directors and managers. Not only were the sessions informative but several of them took advantage of the opportunity to get one on one coaching concerning business and personal issues. I look forward to having him conduct team building sessions with my newly restructured leadership team. I highly recommend Dr Nichols for leadership and coaching sessions.

Dr. Nickols is an amazing speaker…very engaging, extremely knowledgeable and quite relatable. He delivered a very motivating talk on leadership that managed to inspire and empower teens as well as their parents. The audience walked away feeling inspired and enriched. Our organization, which focuses on youth leadership development, looks forward to having Dr. Nickols as the keynote speaker at future events.

In the spring of 2012, Dr. Nickols led a professional development session on perceptions and diversity with our district. I was so impressed with his passion and engaging manner, that I asked him to be a part of our School Culture Committee. Since that time, Dr. Nickols and I have been working on drop out prevention, interventions for struggling students, engaging parents and creating a culture of hope and encouragement. I am indebted to him for being my personal administrative coach and helping me articulate a vision for our school. He is knowledgeable, approachable, passionate and dedicated. Catherine M. The leadership training that I received from Dr. Mitch was not only extremely stimulating but also taught me how to create a learning environment within my large surburban middle school that generated a significant improvement in our students' academic achievement. As a result of the remarkable transformation that had occured within this building during my principalship, the local Rotary Club gave me their "Service Above Self Award in Education" when I retired.

Dr. Mitch Nickols is an excellent presenter and inspiring motivational speaker. His diverse and depth of experience at organizing, consulting, and coaching really showed through when he spoke at one of our district men's meetings. Dr. Nickol's leadership skills are second to none. He was prompt, professional, and profound. There was no doubt that day. He left the men that attended our meeting with a greater sense of direction and purpose. If I could point to one drawback, it would be that we did not have enough time schedule with Dr. Nickols to go deeper into the material he was presenting.

I hired Dr. Nickols to train a large and diverse group of developmental disability professionals who are often required to provide care that violates their personal values. For example, a Christian or Muslim professional might not agree with the employer requirement to take a client to a porn shop to purchase adult materials when the client requests to do so. How are such situations, and others, handled-- especially when one’s conscience is involved? Through both laughter and tears, Dr. Nickols masterfully weaves in relevant illustrations while equipping his audiences with concrete tools, interactive lessons, and expanded critical thinking. This is a special presenter who won’t disappoint!
