What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with some clients on an hourly fee, but with others on a flat fee basis. Sometimes the fee is kept relatively low for professionals with my level of experience so that we can discuss building a longer term relationship with some organizations. I love working with and providing some coaching expertise with the top executives or managers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a graduate school professor in Organizational Leadership for approx. 17 years and try to stay on the cutting edge with fresh information on leadership development, coaching, training, speaks often to both young people and adults, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a recent of compliments from others who have heard me speak, and watching the faces of those in the audience who expressions say "I get it"

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I met in a "lunch and learn" session with the lead team of a $40-million dollar budget and have been invited back for followup sessions on leadership and team building, but also works with smaller, growing organizations
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Being willing to invite someone who can not only help you, but assist you in helping your entire organization.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Motivational speaker is only one component available to build their team. I bring to them many years of experience and practice advice.
