Tina and her girls catered my 45th Birthday got over 70 people. We have used other caterers in the past and I can say for certain that her food was by far the most delicious we ever had! Creespy pancetta with goat cheese, lasagna cups, shrimp tostadas, curry tarts, sweet potato sliders were just a few a my favorites. Not too mention herself and her staff were amazing. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I can either drop my food off or stay and butler the event. There are additional fees if myself and or others stay and work for the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a Real Estate Agent for several years until the economy took a hard fall. I took a good look at myself in a falling market, and I decided to take what I do best and share my food with others. Becoming an entrepreneur and ultimately my own boss was the right decision and I'm glad I took on the challenge!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Not only do I cater for events, but from time to time, I create cooking videos with easy go to recipes. This is always fun to do!
