Luis, did a great job power washing siding, deck, deck furniture and gutter eves. He is polite and responsive. He is willing to do extra add-on tasks (e.g. cleaned basement exterior stairwell). He is willing to negotiate price.

…very simply,Luis and Rell really did a terrific job in power washing my outdoor awnings-they were very reasonably priced,asked specifically what we needed to be done,did everything they could,including working extra to get the job done right-they were extremely nice,friendly,and very respectful-they also took great care of my property and left the job site,my home,clean-bottom line,I was extremely pleased as they exceeded my every expectation,and helped me present my home in an even better light as we are in the process of selling-also,we very highly recommended Luis and Rell to our neighbors on our block-many thanks again guys,you did great-Nick
