Contacted Bob on Saturday night and he came out and installed my toilet the next day right away. He also fixed a faucet in my downstairs bathroom while he was here. Will definitely use him in the future!

Robert was on time, helped with what I needed and did not try to push me to do anything extra. He cleaned up as he worked and even took parts he replaced vs leaving them for me to dispose.

The 5 stars are well earned. Bob responded very quickly to our request. He offered to come over at the end of the day - same day service - and got our toilet installed. We needed a toilet and Bob choose to help us same day and get our problem solved. The installation went very smooth and he answered all our questions. The quality of the work he performed was excellent. He was very helpful and informative and didn't mind us asking question. We have some plumbing items coming up and Bob will be our call for all our plumbing work from now on.

Rob was able to come out and evaluate my toilet and faucet problems quickly the first day, replacing the float mechanism and recommending a new faucet from the leaks I was having. He was then able to fit me in a couple days later when I got the new faucet to install it with some new valves. He took his time with both projects, ensuring not to damage anything, made sure to clean up the area when he was done, and even sealed my sink to the countertop when he finished the installation. Great guy, will call him if i need more plumbing fixes in the future.
