Robert was on time, helped with what I needed and did not try to push me to do anything extra. He cleaned up as he worked and even took parts he replaced vs leaving them for me to dispose.

The 5 stars are well earned. Bob responded very quickly to our request. He offered to come over at the end of the day - same day service - and got our toilet installed. We needed a toilet and Bob choose to help us same day and get our problem solved. The installation went very smooth and he answered all our questions. The quality of the work he performed was excellent. He was very helpful and informative and didn't mind us asking question. We have some plumbing items coming up and Bob will be our call for all our plumbing work from now on.
