- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren't the cheapest usally but we are the best value pound for pound the best deal in town but that's because we do it right we make sure you get the best products, the best underlayment and installed the right way. If anything happens you get a 10 year warranty from us plus your lifetime warranty on the shingles from the manufacturer will be valued because it was installed correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get your info then set up a date and time to meet at the house. I will then check out the roof and attic and see if it's a repair or replacement. Some repairs can be done right then and there others maybe a few days out depending on what needs done. If a roof replacement needs done I will get your measurements and then explain to you the process and show you what options you have for a full replacement. you will get a digital assessment of your roof with the measurements this insures you our measurements our right and you won't be over charged. If you agree to the price then we can sign the contract and then your roof should be started in 1 to 3 weeks depending on how busy we are, the time of year, how severe the leak is and the weather. If it's an insure job and you agree to go with us then we will deal with insure from that point on so you have less headaches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had on the job training for 18 years. I'm still learning new things today everyday we have new videos or classes to take online to keep up with industry standards.
