What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor and materials to each job. We do offer discounts to military and elderly individuals. We also negotiate with our customers with pricing but only if it’s a price that we would both be happy with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To come out and introduce our self and then talk about exactly what is needed to the job that they want done.
