FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard diagnostic fee typically ranges from $120 depending on the appliance and issue complexity. If the customer proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic is often applied toward the repair total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with gathering information about the appliance issue, including the model number, symptoms, and any error codes. We then schedule a convenient service appointment and provide clear communication before arrival. During the visit, our technician performs a full diagnostic to identify the root cause of the problem and explains the issue to the customer in simple terms. Once diagnosed, we provide an upfront estimate for the repair before any work is completed. If approved, we complete the repair using quality parts and test the appliance to ensure proper operation. We also answer any questions the customer may have and provide recommendations to help prevent future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on training and field experience servicing a wide range of residential appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, dryers, and sealed system units. We work with major brands such as Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Frigidaire, and Electrolux. In addition to real-world repair experience, we maintain training and certifications related to sealed system repairs, including both R134a and R600 refrigerant systems. Our team stays up to date with modern appliance technology, diagnostic procedures, electrical troubleshooting, and manufacturer service standards to ensure accurate and reliable repairs.
