FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Patriot Heating and Air, we believe in fair, transparent pricing with no surprises. Estimates are free for most jobs, and we’re always upfront about costs before any work begins. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales or hidden fees—what we quote is what you’ll pay. We offer military, senior, and first responder discounts as a thank-you for your service. From time to time, we also run seasonal promotions on new system installs and maintenance plans. If you're facing a large repair or system replacement, we’ll walk you through financing options to make it more manageable. Our goal is to give you not only the best service—but also the best value.
