FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We share with our new customers what to expect. We offer upfront pricing that will never change through out the job. We warranty all of our work labor and parts for 2 years. We share our credentials/licenses and insurances. But most importantly we ask and listen to any questions the customer has. We understand not everyone understands electrical and we enjoy taking the time to explain exactly what is going on with our customers electrical systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 60 hours of continuing education in this past year alone, We have extensive training in residential and commercial electric. We are licensed and insured.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The biggest advice I can give is just because someone gives the cheapest price, does not mean that they are qualified to complete the installation in your home. Most of what I run into are contractors that are not properly trained and do not hold any type of licenses or insurances. With GJC, we know our prices are not the cheapest you will get, but along with that comes hours and hours of training, licenses and insurances, a team that will answer your calls if you have any issues or concerns about your installation. A company that stands behind their work. A company that cares about your home and your families safety.
