Mo did an OK job He is good with communicating via text. This was a weeding project and cleaning out beds. He has little to no landscape know how and cannot tell apart an annual/perineal from a weed. Has to be very closely monitored if he is working around flowering plants which are typically less than 1-2 feet. His work quality is good and he takes his time to clean out. He also has no tools other than a rake and trimming scissors and a blower. He worked for the full 8-9 hrs and I paid him his hourly rate, although, given his experience and hourly rate, I don’t see the value. I have an 0.75 acre lot and asked him for a weekly lawn cut estimate and he told me 300, when the going rate is 50-70 with a tractor which he does not have.
