After a few minutes talking with Geoff, the sales/roof inspection guy, arrived I knew we were going with Munz. After showing him the attached shed’s, a roof that clearly had to be replaced, he explained in detail what needed to happen. Based on that conversation it was obvious that the main roof also had to be replaced. In fact, I was able to identify four other houses in the neighborhood also needed new roofs. He spent the time other four-star and five-star roofing companies here on Thumbtack (all five are also on Angie) didn’t bother to. The none of the other four companies checked the attic for potential damage and one did their estimate from the ground(?). Munz Roofing and Siding was the last to inspect and the most thorough of the companies. The morning of the installation Aiden and the team showed up on-time and quickly got to work removing the old roof. They use premium GAF products and high-quality workmanship as described by Geoff. The cleanup was superb. There wasn’t any indication they were there except for the new roof! Do not bother with the rest, these guys killed it.

Francis was awesome in explaining the process and assuring me that they would take care of everything. The crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. Keone the site manager kept me well informed throughout the day. I will be working with them in the future on some other projects!!

We did not go with this company only because we had someone willing to come the same day. I am writing this review because this company was quick to reply, able to come next day for an estimate, and Kristen was very capable and gracious when I canceled. Her service skills will ensure that I consider this company for future projects that are more planned than emergent. Great customer service!
