- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon how much the customer needs help with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start out with a design consultation to see what the customer wants. From there we go to the pricing stage to see the customers' budget. Finally, we decide if we want to go further with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not currently have any education or professional training in the field but I have hands-on experience with event decorating.
