FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee of 375$ for small jobs. Our hourly rate is 75$/hr for Misc jobs per day. Our material cost is cost of materials plus 15% upcharge if we provide them. If customer provides materials its just the labor charge. Larger jobs we will give a flat estimate, and will price high so the customer isnt surprised by any additional things we would have to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates no matter the location, If customer accepts estimate, down payment (varies) is required in order to be put on the schedule to hold your spot. If longer job, we collect payment weekly on Thursdays. If a high estimate we collect in increments. One down payment, one in the middle of the job, and one when the job is finished.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about what you want done and what needs done. We are a one stop shop and have people in all aspects of Construction/handyman experience. If something were to pop up, we would tell you before we give you the final estimate and let you make the decision there. Ask about reviews, licensing, and knowledge of people on the crews. ALWAYS vet your contractors.
