- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee includes my travel, time set up time and of course an excellent show for your kids. Also included in all of my shows is my 100% money back guarantee that says if your kids don't love the show you do not have to pay for it. This fee also includes balloon twisting for the kids and a copy of my children's music CD called "Rock N Roll Pet Store" as my birthday gift to your child. I am told by happy parents that they listen to this CD and relive their awesome birthday party daily with their kids while riding in the car or playing at home. This priceless memory is also included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make this process as simple and easy as possible. I gladly talk to all of my customers to answer any questions they may have about the show or my fees first. Then if they are interested, I will ask a few questions about the party date and time, number and age of the kids, location and any other details that may be specific to their party. It is really that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First I am a dad and loved entertaining my kids when they were this age. I have been a musician/ children's entertainer/singer, songwriter and love performing.
