Mark was pleasant, resourceful, and did a good job. The work involved bidet toilet, kitchen faucet and valve replacements. There were some complications and we went over the estimate, but I am happy with the result and would not hesitate to hire Mark again.

Mark did a great job on a little problem I had with stuck garden hoses. He quickly responded to my post here on Thumbtack, came out to the house ahead of schedule, and quickly solved the problem. He also was more than happy to replace a very rusted valve in the basement. Highly recommend!

Mark was very timely with his initial and ongoing responses. He properly assessed the problem, and was diligent to see it fixed with as little inconvenience as possible. The shower cartridge was replaced, without having to replace the whole valve. He was kind to address personal concerns and was an overall pleasure to work with, beginning to end.
