Kevin was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful!
I contacted him for essentially a second opinion based on some extensive and expensive work that a general contractor was recommending having done (related to “potential” mold). Kevin evaluated in person and gave his honest opinion that he did not agree with the other contractor’s opinion, thus easing our concerns and ultimately saving us a lot of money by not just listening to the other contractor.
He even provided recommendations on some products available at Home Depot for some easy self-fixes.
I highly recommend contacting Kevin for any mold related questions, concerns, or issues as he’ll give you his honest opinion and won’t over-exaggerate like a lot of other people would do just to get additional work. Thank you again, Kevin!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If completing multiple air quality tests in their home or business we offer a discount to the customer!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving the customer multiple options for remediation based on their specific situation while recommending the method I believe would be most effective. Ultimately though we allow the customer to decided what option they are most comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have certifications in the restoration industry including WRT ( water mitigation training) ASD applied structural drying & and extensive knowledge on mold spores and different effects they may have on an individual.
