We hired Chef Brian for our 4th of July dinner, and it was the best decision. He was so wonderful to work with - from creating the menu to bringing a server so we didn’t need to lift a finger. And the food was delicious! I would hire Brian again in a heartbeat. An incredible evening!

Brian and his team catered out backyard wedding. He exceeded our expectations, the menu he prepared blew me away and to say the food was phenomenal is an understatement. Even out guests couldn't stop raving about the food. He was professional, personable and so accommodating. With out a doubt best decision I made was hiring him!

I hired Michael to cater my husband’s birthday party so I could actually enjoy the celebration, and he delivered perfectly. He was responsive, easy to work with, and created an incredible menu based on my wishlist. Everything was delicious. Nicole, the server, was fantastic. She arrived early, set everything up beautifully, and handled all the details so I could relax and spend time with my guests. She even packed leftovers and took out the trash! Highly recommend Michael and his team.

Everything was delicious and none of Brian's recommendations disappointed. Will hire Bambistro again! Nicole, our server, arrived on time and ready to go. She was terrific. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of working with this chef for our New Year’s Eve celebration, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Not only was the food absolutely exceptional beautifully presented, perfectly executed, and beyond delicious but the level of service truly set him apart. He went above and beyond in every way, anticipating needs before we even had to ask and ensuring that every detail of the evening felt seamless and elevated. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about creating a special experience for us and our guests. It wasn’t just a meal it felt like a curated, luxury dining experience right in our own home. Our guests are still talking about it, months later.
