We had an excellent experience with Brian for our group of 20. He provided a 4-course plated, upscale dinner that impressed all at our birthday event. He went above and beyond, was very personable, and provided 2 servers who were extremely professional and helpful. We also appreciated him leaving the place cleaner than when he started. Lastly, he is very responsive and punctual. Thank you.

Brian Morris, from Bambistro Catering, along with his server Kristy, provided a wonderful dining experience for our 50th Anniversary celebration. He developed a tasteful four course meal that was not only artistic and creative, but exceeded our expectations. The food was not only flavorful but prepared to perfection. Brian and Kristy were very attentive and made sure that everyone had whatever they needed. The flow of the dinner was very smooth with just the right of time between courses. I had chef Brian for a Halloween themed dinner party and everything made was delicious! We also had Kristy as a server and she was fantastic too! We did a charcuterie board, shrimp cocktail made like the Beetlejuice movie, steak with green Mac and cheese and purple carrots, and pumpkin cake pots for dessert. Every course was delicious and on theme. Brian was very responsive and on time. All around cannot say enough good things! Definitely will be hiring again in the future.
