I hired Michael to cater my husband’s birthday party so I could actually enjoy the celebration, and he delivered perfectly. He was responsive, easy to work with, and created an incredible menu based on my wishlist. Everything was delicious. Nicole, the server, was fantastic. She arrived early, set everything up beautifully, and handled all the details so I could relax and spend time with my guests. She even packed leftovers and took out the trash! Highly recommend Michael and his team.

We hired Bambistro Chef to cater a dinner party for 35 people. Brian was so easy to work with, and we set up the menu in a phone call. The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious and none of Brian's recommendations disappointed. Will hire Bambistro again! Nicole, our server, arrived on time and ready to go. She was terrific. Highly recommend.

Brian was great throughout the entire process--from creating the menu and explaining his options to the execution on the night of the dinner party. The sservice was wonderful and food was delicious! We loved the entire meal especially the scallops. My mother in law was so happy on her birthday and Brian was a huge part of that. Would work with him again if we are in the area---highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the pleasure of working with this chef for our New Year’s Eve celebration, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Not only was the food absolutely exceptional beautifully presented, perfectly executed, and beyond delicious but the level of service truly set him apart. He went above and beyond in every way, anticipating needs before we even had to ask and ensuring that every detail of the evening felt seamless and elevated. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about creating a special experience for us and our guests. It wasn’t just a meal it felt like a curated, luxury dining experience right in our own home. Our guests are still talking about it, months later. If you’re considering booking him, don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. We are already looking forward to working with him again

Our experience was exceptional from the first phone call to the end of our meal, when our kitchen was left cleaner than before Brian arrived. Brian prepared an amazing, customized dinner for 17 people to celebrate our mother’s 70th birthday. He was very accommodating to food allergies with a gluten free and nut free meal, as well as a separate kids menu for the little ones in the group. His charcuterie presentation was better than any wedding I’ve been to, the passed hot apps were delicious, the main course (filet mignon or salmon) was true fine dining quality and the individual crème brûlée dessert was also fabulous - although we barely had room for it! Brian and his server’s attention to detail professionalism, and fabulous presentation really impressed all of us. It was an unforgettable experience that Brian made very special for my whole family. Highly recommend!
