Everything about my experience with Brian and Bambistro Chef was just amazing. I had wanted to surprise my husband with a personal chef for my husband's 50th birthday, and had no idea what I was doing. Brian was just amazing from beginning to end. I contacted several companies, but Brian was just so responsive, ammenable, and excited that I just had to go with his services. He worked with me to come up with a menu that was in my price range. He printed out the menu for my guests (with a little commermorative message). I didn't do a thing during dinner, except bring my guests to the dinner table. Brian and his partner prepared, served, cleared, and cleaned to a level you don't get at restaurants. Not only was the experience stress-free, but the food was absolutely amazing! Sadly, I did not get a picture of the scallops. He even prepared an extra dessert for my son. I loved that he used my wedding china (you know, the stuff you put on your wedding registry but never use) and accoutrement, washed and dried them, and even put the dirty napkins in the washing machine. The kitchen was spotless when they left. Oh, and did I forget to mention that it was during a snow storm? They were a little later than we originally proposed, but the roads were terrible, they kept me updated the entire way, and they were still so professional and cheerful after a drive that must have been killer. The point here is that if you are about to spend 30 hours trying to find the best private chef, for any night, any occassion, please use Brian.

We had an excellent experience with Brian for our group of 20. He provided a 4-course plated, upscale dinner that impressed all at our birthday event. He went above and beyond, was very personable, and provided 2 servers who were extremely professional and helpful. We also appreciated him leaving the place cleaner than when he started. Lastly, he is very responsive and punctual. Thank you.
