So we hired Bambistro Food Truck to cater a community event that we had for about 150 people. From the beginning, Brian worked with us regarding our budget and our needs. During the two weeks leading up to the event I was a little bit of a pain and he just took it in stride and was very professional and kind. On the day of the event they showed up early and got the grill going and everything was seamless. Afterwards, people were telling me to make sure that we book them for next year‘s event! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bambistro Food Truck. You will not be disappointed, hiring them for your event.! Oh it was also 100 degrees outside and they just kept smiling behind the grill and serving food 😊
