We recently hired AY&DI to finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, they were professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to delivering high-quality work. We liked the detailed quote provided by Elton. One of the most impressive aspects of the project was how they stayed on schedule. Every phase of the job was completed on time, with no delays or surprises. It's rare to find a contractor who is both efficient and meticulous, but they managed to strike that perfect balance. The craftsmanship is top-notch—everything from the drywall and flooring to the lighting and custom finishes in the bathroom was done with great attention to detail. Gerti and Luka listened carefully to our ideas and offered thoughtful suggestions that enhanced the final design. The result is a beautiful, functional space that has added so much value to our home. The team was very timely and communicated thoroughly and quickly. They came out to the house and walked through everything, provided detailed estimates and answered all my questions while working with me on my quote to help me understand what items I could modify to fit within our budget. Will absolutely work with them again! The transformation of the space was spectacular and we were blown away by their speediness but also attention to detail. They were patient with all of our design requests and provided clear instruction and excellent advice along the way on what to purchase and how to best work with the space and materials. Not to mention, they were so nice and easy going! See my before and after photos!

Elton is very professional and offers outstanding customer service. Although we didnt end up working together the first time I reached out to him, he continued to treat me with respect and maintained a positive relationship. What really stood out to me was that when I reached out again later for a paint job, he remembered me and welcomed the opportunity to work together without any hesitation or bad feelings.Elton and his team did an excellent job on the project, and his workmanship and communication were impressive from start to finish. Its rare to find someone who values relationships and treats people so professionally, regardless of whether a deal happens immediately.
