One of the most impressive aspects of the project was how they stayed on schedule. Every phase of the job was completed on time, with no delays or surprises. It's rare to find a contractor who is both efficient and meticulous, but they managed to strike that perfect balance. The craftsmanship is top-notch—everything from the drywall and flooring to the lighting and custom finishes in the bathroom was done with great attention to detail. The team was very timely and communicated thoroughly and quickly. They came out to the house and walked through everything, provided detailed estimates and answered all my questions while working with me on my quote to help me understand what items I could modify to fit within our budget. Will absolutely work with them again! The transformation of the space was spectacular and we were blown away by their speediness but also attention to detail. They were patient with all of our design requests and provided clear instruction and excellent advice along the way on what to purchase and how to best work with the space and materials. Professional, Thoughtful, Friendly, Reasonable, Efficient, and Caring. I really felt like Elton and every one of his crew was doing work on their own homes with the amount of care and thought they put into this project. I would see faces right up against the walls to make sure everything was flush and perfect. Elton would always be available for communication and open to a lot of ideas and changes. He was also not afraid to suggestion changes that ended up making the finished product even better than imagined.We had a very tight budget but Elton was so understanding and ultimately made it work; but the two things he never compromised on was quality and long long term enjoyment.As you can see, we have a lot of stuff but they helped make this relatively small 5-600 sq/ft space soo livable and enjoyable for any sized family. We will enjoy it for many years and we highly recommend working with Elton and his crew~ We've gotten so many complements already on this finished basement and we definitely agree with them!
