I reached out to this company to explore the possibility of installing a small pool in my backyard. I spoke with Steve, who promised to schedule a visit for the following week to evaluate the space and provide more information. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or appointment. I understand things can get busy, but if you're unable to follow through, it's best to delegate the task to someone who can. Clear communication and reliability are important when choosing a contractor.
