- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically use "flat rate", which means I give you a price up front. Whether the job takes me 3 hours or 20 min. Its the same. Also, I do not typically provide free estimates unless the job is within a certain proximity to my house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not really sure what this question means. I'll say this however. I pride myself on doing great work and being a "one man show." I know for myself, I do not want to deal with a big company. I don't like having to explain my situation to 4 different people just to pay a bill. When a customer works with me, they work only with me. I perform all tasks from taking phone calls to doing the jobs.

I attended PHCC plumbing school and I also possess a bachelor's degree from Penn State
