Our standard diagnostic fee is $105, which is fully waived if you choose us to complete the recommended repairs or services. We make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. Scheduling & Confirmation: Once you reach out, our team gathers a few details and schedules an appointment that works for you. You’ll receive confirmation so you know exactly when to expect us. On-Site Evaluation & Diagnostic: A licensed bluefrog technician assesses the issue and explains what’s going on in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Upfront Estimates: Before any work begins, we provide an estimate so you can review options and make an informed decision. Professional Repair or Installation: With your approval, we complete the work efficiently using quality materials and best-practice plumbing standards. Clean-Up & Follow-Up: We respect your home, clean our workspace, and ensure everything is working properly before we leave. We’re always available for follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All bluefrog Plumbing + Drain technicians are fully licensed plumbing professionals who have completed extensive classroom education, hands-on apprenticeship training, and state licensing requirements. Becoming a licensed plumber requires years of supervised field experience, technical training, and successful completion of state examinations. This ensures our team can safely diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and industry standards.
