Honestly, I can’t say enough about how much Blue Frog helped me from start to finish. From the very beginning, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, responsive, and incredibly hard-working.
The timing couldn’t have been worse—it was the week before Labor Day, and I was facing a plumbing issue that required a significant amount of work. I initially contacted Blue Frog to come out on Tuesday for an assessment to identify the problem, and I was told that the repair was going to be a substantial job.
By Thursday afternoon, I was understandably concerned about being left without a fully functioning home heading into the holiday weekend. I reached out to Blue Frog, and they truly moved mountains to make it happen. They rearranged things to come out the very next day and get the work done.
A huge thank-you to Emma, the owner; Thora at the front desk; Oscar, who did my initial consultation; and notably Daniel and James, the plumbing professionals who handled the job. Every single person went above and beyond. They were committed to seeing the job through and refused to leave until everything was completed—even working well past normal business hours on a Friday.
That level of dedication, professionalism, and customer service is hard to find. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Blue Frog team for taking what was a very stressful situation and handling it with such care and determination.

I decided to try Bluefrog plumbing after my original plumber did not fix my faucet problem and would not respond to my phone calls after his visit. Bluefrog kept in touch through email and text to confirm the appt and then texted the day of with an accurate ETA. Oscar was great at problem solving and explaining what the problem was. I also found them to be very reasonable priced. I will definitely use them again. And I'm happy to support a female owned business.

I recommend Blue Frog plumbing for your plumbing needs. They have completed the work at my house in a timely and professional manner.Thora was attentive and supportive on the phone and was able to schedule a visit the next day. Daniel arrived on time after a phone call with his eta. He was kind and patient and explained all the work in a calm manner. He finished unclog 2 drains and returned promptly next day to repipe under the sink ( which had flex pipe installed previously ). He finished the work very quickly and it looks fantastic now! He also found another leak under the sink which he fixed right away !End to end their service is superb. Thank you Daniel and Thora. I appreciate you guys.Update: Bluefrog has completed camera inspection from cleanout to house and sewer, and install RO filter system under kitchen sink.Both tasks were completed by Daniel. He was efficient and thorough and has exceeded my expectations in quality of service, timeliness. The area was left clean and dry. He explained patiently how everything worked for the RO filter. He did water tests to demonstrate effects of the system. I am happy to get clean, soft drinking water for my family.Communication from Thora and Daniel was top notch. I was informed of arrival times, estimates, payment, videos, pictures, receipts through text, emails and phone calls. Amazing!!
