- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MY SESSIONS ARE 30 MINS. THUMBTACK DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO LIST MY PRICE FOR A 30 MIN SESSION. I discount based on how many times you see me each week. I charge $30 for the first session and then $25 for the rest of the sessions that week. Payment is every four weeks. It works out to: Once/wk- $120 Twice/wk- $220 Three times/wk- $320
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our first meeting, I like to discuss prior injuries and goals, talk about nutrition, teach a proper dynamic warm-up, and assess strengths and weaknesses. My goal is for exercise and a balanced diet to become a part of your healthy habits. MY SESSIONS ARE 30 MINS LONG. Most trainers include a warm-up and cool-down during their hour sessions. I teach you how to do that on your own to make my sessions more affordable.

I'm an NPTI Certified Trainer through the PA Department of Education. My degrees and certifications: *Bachelor of Science; Magna Cum Laude- Rowan University *Personal Trainer (Anatomy, Physiology, Theory & Practice); Summa Cum Laude- National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) *Certificate in Basic Nutrition- National Personal Training Institute *Certificate in Exercise Nutrition, Level 1- Precision Nutrition *Senior Strength & Conditioning Specialist- Exercise ETC Inc.
