I reached out to thumbtack for the first time for washing machine repair. CMA was at my place within 20 minutes of my request. He was extremely knowledgeable of my machine and was able to diagnose the error right away. He gave me a price for the repair on the spot, ordered the necessary parts and returned 2 days later to complete the project. He was respectful of our home, was great with communication, on time, and the overall service was great. My washing machine is back up and running and sounding and working great.
