Rob & his son came out to our new property to clarify boundary lines with our neighbors and stake the property. They were prompt, incredibly friendly, fairly priced, and did exactly as we asked. FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically in the $700 - $950 ballpark for 'normal' surveys consisting of 1 parcel (under 2 acres).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important piece of information needed to conduct initial diligence and provide an estimate is your address. If possible, please include your address in any request. Once I have the address, I can pull necessary court documents and provide an estimate. It's very helpful if you have a prior completed survey that you can provide as well. Once an estimate is accepted, I try to have everything completed within 2-4 weeks. That includes at least one trip to your location to conduct the survey (mark boundaries and set corner pins), an emailed drawing (in the interest of time), and finally a mailed certified copy of the drawing. Payment is expected (cash or check) when the initial survey is completed as many checks have been "in the mail" and therefore uncollected in the past.
