Steve and Jesse responded promptly to our call for air conditioning repair service. They were VERY thorough with the inspection and gave us the best advice to get us back up and running. They even encouraged us to get additional quotes before making a final decision. Their commitment to customer service is extremely evident and it was truly a pleasure working with them. Steve is refusing to return a $300 deposit. He performed his diagnostics to find the issue said he would return on Monday. Then On Monday he said he needed to reschedule. In that time I found another company who could do the work for $600 less. A text was sent to Steve asking for $200 back based on his $59 diagnosis fee, plus a $41 tip for coming out on a Saturday. He now refuses to refund any of my deposit stating he performed work. However the Form I signed does not match nor state there was work completed. As it stands he request I take him to court to get my deposit back…. Not happy he seemed honest now I know better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge a dispatch fee. We will charge a diagnostic fee of 80$ for .5 hours for systems that are non operational

Working with them to best guide them in a decision they will be happy with. We will turn down work with unrealistic expectations. Ex: high seer systems in non insulated or poorly constructed homes,

Mechanical engineering degree, EPA universal license, 15 years in Home Improvement within NY and PA.
