- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer to set up a time for them to come in after listening to them on the phone and explaining then explaining the best procedure. Appointments can be made by phone at seven one seven seven six three six eight 2 four.

AA HACC, 32 years experience. I was a certified Apple Technician and had 3 years advance computer training in the USN in the mid 80's.
