Introduction: I offer one on one personal training or small group strength and conditioning sessions. I’m a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I tailor your session to meet your needs. If you would like ideas on how to build strength and flexibility with little to no equipment, I can help you with a plan. If you’d like tools to de-stress, I can help with breathing and meditation resources. I also graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and love to share recipes and healthy food ideas with my clients. I love meeting new clients and watching them get stronger and leaner. Everyone is different with different needs. It's exciting to learn what works for each person and to help them achieve their goals.
