Hired on Thumbtack

I recently hired Jim for some plumbing work at our rental property due to high water usage. He found that the toilet was leaking, so he replaced the fill valve and flapper. He also found that our water pressure was too high, so he recommended and installed a pressure reducing valve on our water line. Finally, he replaced the shower faucet and bathtub spout which were both leaking. No wonder my water usage has been creeping up over time! He was very responsive, arrived on time, and conducted himself in a professional manner. Overall, I would definitely hire him again.

We hired Jim twice for our plumbing issues. He was very fast in responding to the message and he came out the next day. He knows what he’s doing. He is friendly and fixed the issues right away. I’ll definitely call him again if we have any further issues, he is the best!
