- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the complexity and skill set of the project at hand, for example: (painting verses tile installation). Different factors come in to play, like the amount of tool and material handling needed for each individual job and what it takes to coordinate the logistics with customers schedule, needs and preferences. .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer by phone to set up a free estimate and discuss and explain the details and scope of the project including customers choice of materials and personal preferences and design. If the customer so chooses, I will explain in detail how my workmanship stands out from others because of pride in the completed project and total customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trades since my early teens and have excelled in completing all phases of building and remodeling. I have a lot of ingenuity and problem solving skills to complete difficult projects. ("If its broke I'll fix it, if I can't fix it, it's broke".)
