I hired Z Best Clean to do a deep clean of my elderly parents house and I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was! Not only was she willing to work with our schedule, she showed such professionalism and helped my mom feel “at ease” with someone in her house and cleaning. She was amazing and I definitely plan on hiring her again in the future!

Zayna helped us to deep clean the three bedroom house shortly after we had moved in. Right from the start she was absolutely fabulous. She was incredibly responsive on Thumbtack nearly as soon as I send a request/message she messaged me back. She was able to come the following day to do an estimate and discuss the plan, and was then able to arrange a cleaning for the following day. She was communicative via text, making sure that everything was still to plan, and was incredibly punctual on her arrival. Initially she felt as though the job would only take a few hours, but she ended up staying around 8 hours!!!! She was incredibly thorough, I feel as though we have a brand new house as opposed the the 100year old structure we actually live in. We has asked to to focus on the windows which were incredibly dusty and dirty before, and they are now sparkling clean. Although it's impossible to remove all the dust and grime from a very old house, there was nothing left untouched and I don't think anything could be cleaner. Zayna worked her butt off and probably spent twice as much time cleaning as she had initially anticipated, but she only charged a fraction higher than the initial estimate we had discussed. We will definitely be utilizing her services again in the future as she does FANTASTIC work. WOULD highly recommend her, you would not regret it!

Zayna was AMAZING. She was so thorough and even put up with our ridiculous dogs in the process. Our house has never been cleaner. Seriously NEVER been cleaner. She’s patient, she’s kind, she’s professional and she is all around great and makes you feel comfortable in your house even when cleaning services are going on. If you need cleaning services, HIRE her!! But I call dibs first so work around my schedule 😃

Zayna was really quick to come to our house for a free assessment and even did 2 hours of cleaning while she was here! We are already scheduled for a full, top to bottom clean in 2 weekends and can’t wait to see the finished product! Zayna was punctual (even a little early!!) and professional and did an amazing job on our gross kitchen. Her pricing is completely reasonable and definitely affordable. We look forward to the deep clean and will schedule maintenance cleaning to keep up. Money well spent, 10/10 would recommend!!
