FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of job, pricing is based on Time and Material (T&M), cubic yard disposal costs, or by individual item. In order to reduce costs to our customers, we recycle and donate as much as possible to reduce the amount of garbage/debris we put into the land fill; this method also has a positive impact on the ecology. Every individual cost is reviewed with the customer to ensure understanding and transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially request a few pictures to understand the items which need to be removed. Once we review the pictures, we believe it best to meet with the customer and understand their problem and work with them to develop the most cost effective solution. From the meeting, we will determine the problem then develop options for the customer; there is never one solution to a problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vocational training, multiple Masters Degrees, years of experience, and sustained learning provides a wide array of knowledge and mechanical aptitude to fix a problem or get third party expertise to do so.
