- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing tends to fluctuate with the seasons, I do not up-charge material, I sell material for the same price I buy it. My labor rate stays the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is treated the same, regardless of being new or a repeat customer, you are treated with the respect, I always try my hardest to work around your schedule, I will always treat your home the same as I would want some one to treat mine. New customers do get a discount on labor rate but I extend that discount as often as possible to all customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained along side a master electrician for several years.
