Living with chronic aches and pains is no fun. Often we are told that pain is just a part of life that we must learn to live with. However, I believe pain is simply a sign of dysfunction within the body. My practice utilizes soft-tissue therapy and corrective exercises to help you re-train your tissue away from the pain response, so you can take control of your chronic aches and pains. Each treatment plan is specifically designed for the client and how they use their body from day to day. I don't believe in "one size fits all" treatment plans. So I take plenty of time getting to know my clients, their daily activities, what their goals are ( both short-term and long-term), and how my practice can help them to reach those goals.
