I have been training with Jason for a month now. His attention to detail, especially form is fantastic. Needless to say, he does not shy away from letting you know when your form is out of whack. Form is very important from what I've learned from Jason. His knowledge of health and fitness are second to none and I've learned a lot from this man regarding nutrition and well being. Yes, he can be hard on you, but in a trainer, he s just what the doctor ordered. I recommend JM Functional Training without reservation. Thanks Jason :)

At JM Functional Training I have been receiving partner training with Jason. The results speak for themselves. In the hour long session he guides my mom and I though a varied of exercises, no two work outs are the same. He is amazing at motivating and instructing. He even personalizes and modifies the work out when needed. Which is great. Both my mother and I highly recommend Him.

Jason has been great for me. I was very skeptical about hiring a personal trainer. I have witnessed many and have not been extremely impressed with most that I have seen. I wanted someone who was professional, highly-qualified, and positive. Jason is all of those things and more.
I have been with him for about six weeks and I started in very poor condition with various aches and pains/injuries. Working with Jason three times a week has been very rewarding. I have, with his help, worked through most of my issues and am really starting to enjoy our workouts. The improvements have been amazing in some cases. I am getting my confidence back and am starting to believe that I can get back into very good shape.
Jason has a very hands-on approach and sets up a program for any ability and strength/conditioning level that is individualized to your needs. The workouts are very challenging and are constantly changing to keep it exciting even though you are working so hard.
I can't imagine that there are too many trainers like Jason out there, I have an athletic background and continue to work in the field today. I wouldn't pay a dime for the services of most trainers. If you value your health and wellness, Jason is without a doubt, priceless.

Mr. Miller is an all around awesome man! He gives you an amazing price and pushes you past your limit to get the workout you need. He also has no problem sitting down with you and going over nutrition, workouts, or any other questions you might have. I've never had a Person Trainer like this man before. I rate him 10/10 and anyone would be lucky to have him!

EXTREMELY PLEASED. I AM OLDER AND HE TAKES INTO CONSIDERATION MY MEDICAL LIMITATIONS YET PUSHING YOU AT THE SAME TIME. HE CHANGES UP THE WORKOUT EACH TIME YOU GO THUS WORKING ALL PARTS OF YOUR BODY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
