Caleb is the best! He worked so hard to help us find our dream home while we were starting a family, so we were on a time crunch. Caleb did the work for us, and kept open communication the whole time. He is extremely professional, and easy to work with.     I will typically ask the customer a variety of questions to get some insight on what they are looking for in their new home and what may be important to them in order to be able to understand their situation as clearly as possible. After that, I will recommend getting pre-approval completed if financing is needed in order to ensure that the customer will be able to purchase their new home when we find it.
