I don't write reviews very often, but this company absolutely deserves one.
I've been a homeowner for many years, and I've owned rental properties, so I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years. I can honestly say Kinnee Brothers Roofing is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with.
From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered every question, and even used drone photos to show me exactly what was happening on my roof. That level of transparency gave me complete confidence in their work.
The crew arrived on time, worked hard, treated my property with respect, and completed the entire roof in just one day. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. You can tell they take pride in doing the job the right way, not the easy way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't do vague "package" pricing or surprise fees. Every estimate is written and itemized after we've actually looked at the roof, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
No unexpected surprises or high pressure sales... and inspections are always free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is usually a call or a message so we can hear what's going on with your roof. From there, one of us comes out to take a look. It's about 30 minutes to 1 hour total on-site. We'll get up on the roof if it's safe and in the attic if that helps too. You get a written, itemized estimate back that same day.
if you decide to work with us, either me or my brother (usually both of us) will be on the job for the duration of the project. When we're done, we walk the property with you and don't leave until you're satisfied. After that, we register your warranty with GAF and you've got our direct cell if anything ever comes up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Roofing runs in our family. Our family ran a Pittsburgh-area roofing company for years, and Cam and I grew up around the trade. Between us we've got about 15 years of hands-on experience.
On the credential side, we're GAF Silver Pledge certified through GAF's factory training program, which is what lets us back your project with their strongest warranty. Kinnee Brothers Roofing LLC is registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC #PA211823) and fully insured.
