So Thrilled we chose A&T Roofing to replace our roof and gutters. We have a home in Fox Chapel , and I have replaced roofs on other homes we owned before. I can't rave enough about how pro and responsive everyone was, from Pete the sales rep to Buddy our foreman on the job. Pete made a visual inspection of the house and fully photographed everything before hand to give us the best possible estimate down to where the dumpster and trucks would be parked. He was in constant contact to give us a progress report on materials and when the crew would arrive since we had it replaced at the beginning of winter. This was a juggling act with the Pittsburgh weather, but they scheduled us in very quick and wanted to make sure the roof was completed in 2 days and the gutters in 1/2 day. Pete and the owners also consulted directing with Owens Corning regarding our Lightning rods and making sure we had proper attic ventilation.Buddy the foreman on site was amazing. He answered every question and was very accommodating to all our requests. he would text me inside immediately if he had any questions or needed my thoughts on anything. He went way beyond the call of duty by taking photos of our chimney caps that were starting to crack and crumble in places, and said he would fix and patch with concrete at no charge and these things were big. Everything was plotted out before hand like reinstalling our lightning rods and Solar Vent fans that we had A&T install new as well. FYI- Solar vent fans are a must, super quiet and will last. Our insulation installers said they didn't even know they were on when they were working up there.The gutters were a work of art, really. Their installer was and expert and did an amazing job. They worked from Noon to dusk to get them done with no rest breaks, and we have a pretty big house. I should mention the cleanup every day was spotless. These guys were out there at the end of each day with magnets making sure every tack and nail was picked up, even 30 yards away from the house. Everything was picked up and the yard and driveway cleanThe only small hiccup was when the Gutters arrived on a Sat, they were the wrong size which was a office clerical error, but they had the new ones ready to go that Monday and installed.I honestly have never had an easier more pleasant experience than this project with A&T and they were very eager to hear my opinions and critiques to improve their business , which I had very very little. I highly recommend them for your roof and gutters if you want a stress free, pro job done.

Adam and the entire team were fantastic. We had a leak and Adam promptly discovered the source of the problem and took immediate measures to fix it. We had half of our roof replaced and they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with the work and would highly recommend A & T.

A & T finished the entire job in one day, while we were out of town. They took care of all the insurance claim details, so we didn't have to deal with all of the usual hassle. Our roof has never looked better, we upgraded our skylight, and A & T had the highest quality shingle.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take all information down and enter it into a digital customer file. we then run a satellite report on your home, this way we have a good idea of what the property looks like before we arrive. This gives us the size of the roof. We set an in person- appointment at your property if the customer is willing and able,(we also do zoom calls if needed). We then inspect any issues your having and present a solution a long with an estimate for the repairs.
If you choose to work with us we are very organized, everything from the initial phone call, to any changes you may need to make, to the first and last photo is documented. We provide an ongoing photo link to all of our that has every photo taken from start to finish.. This way we are able to give our customers a simple, seamless, A+ experience
