I would like to commend, and highly recommend, T.E. Spall & Son, for the excellent, top notch work performed at my home recently. I would also like to commend their factory trained technician, Dylan Connors, an experienced plumber with over 5 years of field experience, and a rating of 4.4/5. I had a drainage leak. Whenever I ran water in the kitchen sink, or 2nd level bathroom sink, it would seep out from underneath the basement drywall, and pool up in the middle of the floor. Mr. Dylan Connors, came in, introduced himself, we conversed a bit, which made me feel comfortable with him being in my home, and then he quickly got down to work, assessing, explaining the situation/problem, and the process, as well as keeping me informed along the way. The problem was holes in the cast iron drainage pipe, as seen in pictures #1, and #2. Dylan removed this ancient pipe (which was rather heavy), and replaced it with new piping, as seen in pictures 3-5. Needless to say, I no longer have a leakage problem, thanks to the outstanding, and excellent work performed by T.E Spall & Son, and their factory trained technician ACE, Mr. Dylan Connors. believe me, I would give 10 stars if I could. Again, I'll recommend T.E Spall & Son to my friends, and then tell my friends to recommend to their friends. Thank you soooooo much. Have a blessed day.

Service was great, it was a last ditch call when no other service could get to me until the next day. I got a next day appointment, but was able to be fit in that same day. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and had the issue fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be a continued customer in the future and will recommend this service to anyone who needs it in the future as well.
