Ed and Jason were wonderful! It is our first winter with a heat pump, and they fully explained everything to us. We feel more prepared for the winter and are confident in the service they provided! The service was top notch and both Ed and Jason were pleasant to work with!

My gas furnace stopped working Thanksgiving night. It was recommended I call TE SPALL for emergency service. They had a technician out to my house 8:45 the following morning! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. The technician, Mr Ed Fuller, was kind, polite, and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. He explained the problem very clearly and also explained all the services TE SPALL offers. I was so impressed with his intelligence, ability, kindness, and the service packages offered that I signed up immediately. Im happy to know that there is a local company with such high caliber employees.
