What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum fee for any plumbing service call is $130. The service call fee covers the first 1/2hr of service. Following the first 1/2hr, additional work is assessed at $135/hr. These prices are for one plumber. The truck is stocked with many items needed for most plumbing repairs. The cost of any parts used is applied to the final bill at the conclusion of the job. A $25 truck fee is also applied to each job. Josh is always very straight forward about pricing and willing to answer any questions you might have about your bill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to reach get in touch with us is by calling Jaros Plumbing. If no one is available they're either on the phone or with a customer, but leave a message and we'll get back to you! Another way is to send a text message to the same number with your name, address, phone number, email address, and brief description of the issue. Someone will reach back out to you asap to discuss.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Josh is a Licensed Master Plumber in Allegheny County (HP4172). He is a licensed home improvement contractor in the state of PA and Jaros Plumbing is fully insured. Josh also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from California University of Pennsylvania.
