- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact us to schedule an estimate 2. We come out, tour the facility, take notes and prepare an estimate. 3. Estimate is emailed to the client. 4. When client agrees to move forward, both parties sign the contract and the cleaning service starts at the agreed upon date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company worked in the residential and commercial cleaning sectors for over ten years before starting her own cleaning company. She received her bachelor's degree from Duquesne University School of Business and also worked for PNC Financial Services for several years before starting PGH Cleaning, LLC.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of the business started working in the field herself as a cleaner to help pay through college expenses. Later on, the side business became her full-time job. Now, she is diligently working on promoting the business and acquiring new clients.
